Dylan oversees the daily operations of our restaurant, focusing on smooth service, attention to detail, and ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience. Originally from Easton, PA, Dylan moved to Long Beach Island before our restaurant’s opening. With a career in the culinary and hospitality industry that began at the age of 14, he has gained extensive experience in nearly every front and back-of-house role.
